Flexibility

As the client, you call the shots. We don’t impose our process. Typically, we work on a performance fee basis for mid-to-senior level positions. In other cases, we work with clients on an hourly rate and serve as an extension of your HR department. Derek Redwood, Executive Recruiter

Derek Redwood is the founder of the Wakerley Group. He began his career at KPMG and Ontario Hydro in accounting, then he choose a career in executive search. He is a graduate of the University of Western (Economics and Finance) and Wilfrid Laurier University (Accounting). Derek loves to golf and cycle in the summer, he skies in the winter and visits his many relatives in Barbados as often as he can. During his youth, he ran the New York Marathon. Yes, the whole way.
